Cash flow architecture
Saving happens before spending, automatically. You know your number every month without a spreadsheet.
Fiduciary financial planning · Let’s build together
NILE is a fiduciary planning and investment firm for people building wealth. The years with the most to gain from good decisions are the ones the industry has mostly ignored.
01 — The gap
At NILE, we do the work with you to build. Most firms wait for you to bring a large balance, so they meet you at retirement and ignore everything before it. NILE helps you leverage the principle of compounding when it counts most: the early years. That means planning for the first big promotion, the first equity grant, the first kid.
You don't need a portfolio to be worth advising. Your income, your habits and your next ten decisions are the asset.
Saving and investing go hand in hand, so we do both with you. Planning for your unique needs, and institutional‑level asset management to boot.
RSUs and taxes. Rent or buy. A raise, a move, a second income. We work on what is actually in front of you, not a retirement date.
Who it’s for
RSUs vest every quarter and most of your net worth is one company's stock.
A real salary at last, a decade of training behind you, and loans that need a strategy.
Income that arrives in lumps, and taxes that don't wait for it.
Your income finally outran your expenses, and the difference is sitting in checking, waiting for a plan.
02 — What we do
Saving happens before spending, automatically. You know your number every month without a spreadsheet.
RSUs, ISOs, ESPP. When to sell, what to hold, and what each choice costs in tax.
Backdoor Roth, mega-backdoor, HSAs, bracket management. The quiet stuff that compounds.
Low-cost, evidence-based portfolios built for a thirty-year horizon, not a news cycle, and managed by us alongside your plan.
Rent or buy. The wedding, the sabbatical, the second income. Modeled before you commit.
Insurance and estate basics that fit your stage, chosen without a commission in the room.
Let’s talk it through
03 — How it works
We learn where you are. You learn whether we fit. No prep, no pitch, and a clear answer either way.
Cash flow, taxes, equity, debt and goals mapped into one living plan, with the first moves made, not just listed.
Check-ins tied to real events: a vest, a raise, an offer, a move. Advice arrives when the decision does, not on a calendar quarter.
04 — Pricing
Membership starts at $55 a month, so advice is available while you are building, not only once you have built. Management is charged only on what we actually manage, so the fee tracks the work, not your worth.
As a registered investment adviser, NILE is a fiduciary: we are required to put your interests first. We think you should expect that from anyone near your money.
The plan, the advice, and a person who knows your situation. Same price whether you have $5,000 or $500,000.
Charged only on the assets we manage for you. Your portfolio is built around your plan and adjusted as your life changes.
05 — Questions
No. There is no asset minimum. Our clients are typically early in their wealth-building years, with most of their wealth still ahead of them. That is the point.
$55 a month for planning membership, plus 1% a year on any assets we manage for you. No asset minimums and no setup fees.
Yes. NILE is a registered investment adviser, which makes us a fiduciary by law. We are required to act in your best interest, and we would do it anyway.
Yes. We build and manage your portfolio as part of your plan, because saving and investing go hand in hand. Accounts you hold elsewhere, like a workplace 401(k), are factored into the plan too.
A robo invests a portfolio. An app tracks spending. Neither one knows you. At NILE, you have a real person in your corner who knows your situation and works through the decisions with you: taxes, equity, timing, trade-offs.
We are virtual-first and work with clients across the United States. Meetings are on video, at times that fit a working week.
Thirty minutes on video, no prep. You tell us where you are and what is on your mind; we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit and what working together would look like.
If we both think it is a fit, you become a member, we schedule the first planning session and the build begins. If not, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
